Cleaning time starts when we arrive at your home and it stops when we exit.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY
Yes, thank you for asking as Sunshine Coast Professional Cleaners & Property Maintenance does have a cancellation policy. We understand that our clients will need to cancel or change their appointments, from time to time. We all do.
To cancel an appointment please provide Sunshine Coast Professional Cleaners & Property Maintenance a minimum of two business days notice prior to scheduled appointment. (we are a small business and appreciate your understanding).
A 48 hour cancellation guide:
Monday, cancel prior Wednesday
Tuesday, cancel prior Thursday
Wednesday cancel prior Friday
Thursday cancel prior Monday
Friday cancel prior Tuesday
Saturday cancel prior Wednesday
Sunday cancel prior Wednesday
If we do not receive adequate notice the following cancellation fee will apply.
Within two business days (48 hours) you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Within one business day (24 hours) you will be charged 100% of your scheduled visit.
We can call , send texts or email appointment reminders to help you avoid cancellation fees.

Access instructions must be provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to gain entry, we will contact you to request further instructions. Sunshine Coast Professional Cleaning waits fifteen (15) minutes before proceeding to their next appointment. We will also call, text or email to try to reach you before leaving. A full cancellation fee will apply in such instances.

WE ACCEPT CASH, E TRANSFERS & CREDIT CARDS. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL UPON COMPLETION OF EACH SERVICE.
SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES
Worksafe BC restricts house cleaning and housekeeping to specific height (ladder) and weight restrictions. We do not move anything heavier than 35 pounds. Should you require us to clean behind heavy furniture or appliances, please move prior to our arrival to allow access to the target area.
NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES
AS A CLIENT YOU AGREE NOT TO HIRE ANY PRESENT OR PAST EMPLOYEE OF SUNSHINE COAST PROFESSIONAL CLEANING FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM THE LAST CLEANING SERVICE YOU RECEIVED FROM SUNSHINE COAST PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CO.
