WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANERS & HOUSEKEEPERS
YES, FOR THE MOST PART. OCCASIONALLY, THERE MAY BE A CHANGE BUT VERY RARELY. OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM WORK TOGETHER IN OUR CLIENT HOMES SO THERE IS ALWAYS SOLID DEGREE OF CONSISTENCY.
WHO PROVIDES THE CLEANING PRODUCTS, EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
Our teams arrive professionally equipped with health Canada approved cleaning products, microfiber cloths and hepa filter vacuums. Everything needed to professional cleaning your home.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME WHILE SUNSHINE COAST PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IS PROVIDING SERVICE
No. We are bonded, insured and worksafe BC in good standing. Our clients provide access via lock boxes, hidden keys or codes. We email clients after the service and the property is locked.
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO BEFORE CLEANERS ARRIVE

1) if you pick up or put away any clothes, children’s toys, or other items before we arrive. If you would like us to do a pick up before cleaning please let us know at the time of booking. We will book a bit of extra time to make sure we complete the service. Generally, it adds 10-15 minutes on to the cleaning service.
2) Please remove any fragile items that could easily be broken.
4) Please lock and secure all valuables prior to your cleaning. It will provide you peace of mind knowing that you need not worry.

No. Each client customizes their cleaning service. We complete the tasks each client requests.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR CLEANING SERVICES
Every house is unique. Things that affects a house cleaning service : the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, etc. We have a standardized formula for calculating each individual cleaning estimate in a uniform way. We have a two hour minimum and are happy to customize to your budget and priority list.
